Cryo3d

Cryo3d is a Matlab-based software that allows for fast 3D protein reconstruction based on cryogenic particle images. The software was developed at Image Processing and Analysis Group, Yale School of Medicine, Dept. of Diagnostic Radiology under supervision and with participation of Prof. Hemant Tagare.

Cryo3d was created as a framework for the fast reconstruction method of protein structures. My main contributions were the whole system organization and design and new feature development such as using remote Linux servers for distributed computations.
